Our therapists provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space, whether in person or virtual. This environment fosters trust and openness, which is crucial for effective therapeutic work. Our therapists understand that you are the expert on your life, and we are here to provide perspective.
Outpatient therapy offers access to various therapeutic evidence-based practices, such as trauma-informed approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and more. Our employees are trained and knowledgeable in these areas and will utilize an approach that best suits your needs and preferences.
Many insurance plans cover outpatient therapy sessions, reducing financial burden. If an individual is uninsured, SouthLight staff can assist with accessing State funding that may cover substance use services based on eligibility. As a nonprofit behavioral health provider, access to healthcare for everyone is a priority, regardless of financial status or insurance coverage. If you don’t have insurance, we have options for you.
