Dr. Jeffrey Lee is a board-certified physician trained in both internal medicine and psychiatry. He provides thoughtful, integrative mental health care that addresses the full complexity of each person’s experience, fostering wellness in both body and mind. Whether you’re navigating substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, or more complex medical and psychiatric concerns, Dr. Lee integrates psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions to meet you where you are. His goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and wholeness. 

Dr. Lee completed his dual residency in internal medicine and psychiatry at Duke University Hospital. Outside of work, he enjoys photography and language learning and often spends time traveling the world with his camera, capturing portraits of people from different cultures. He hopes these encounters will deepen his understanding of the human condition and bring renewed meaning to the practice of medicine.
