SOAR: Access to Disability Benefits
Adult Community Services offers support and treatment in the participants’ own environment. This ability to provide therapeutic programs within the community allows for the teams to assist with and address barriers that may be preventing individuals from accessing office-based services and fully engaging in their treatment. SouthLight Healthcare offers a variety of community-based programs including Community Support Team, Peer Support Services, SOAR, and Assertive Community Treatment.
