Open House Event showcases increased services for Cumberland and Harnett communities
SouthLight Healthcare recently hosted an open house at its Fayetteville, NC location, bringing together over 50 nonprofit agencies, healthcare providers, and community leaders. The event showcased SouthLight’s expanding behavioral health services in Cumberland and Harnett counties and beyond.
Opened just over a year ago, the Fayetteville office has been rapidly expanding to meet the region’s critical need for mental health and substance use services. The Cumberland County Recovery Resource Center was on hand to share information and resources.

Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT)
Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) addresses the growing need for accessible, effective opioid addiction care in the region. OBOT offers prescription-based medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and support services to help individuals manage their recovery in a structured, outpatient setting. We currently have immediate appointments and welcome all individuals, with or without insurance.
Veteran-Tailored Mental Health and Substance Use Services
Recognizing the unique needs of our Veteran community, SouthLight Fayetteville recently launched specialized services designed by veterans, for veterans. These tailored programs provide mental health and substance use support, ensuring that those who have served our country receive the compassionate, knowledgeable care they deserve.
